General Support / Welcome Configuration
« on: June 05, 2019, 07:45:03 am »
I've searched 15 threads here on the subject trying to see how to customize the welcome email, but no luck. Is this even possible? So far under the welcome configuration the custom welcome goes only to a board (which is not the feature I'm interested in.)

I'd like to set a few instructions to my new registering members upon "approval & Email" after registering. I'm an ultimate plan user (not sure if that helps or not?)

Please advise...

Yes, it's enabled.  I use a lot of blocks. It's an amazing feature

Ok cool.  Yes, I love it when you add new features!

So, in the meantime is there a way to either rename the native "forum" button or remove it completely? I can link the main forum with a custom button.

I see zero is default but is there a way to make your custom tabs be placed right after home?

Or

Is there a way to remove the native "forum" tab and use a custom one?

Is there a way to add more membergroups other than the default one seen in the picture?

I'm trying to get an alert/announcement sent to ALL members when creating an event but seem to be stuck.

Contact me generally $50 fee which includes the forum content in .sql mysql format.

Perfect! And you've got access to ALL content?

It can be confusing but it's about the permissions and whenever you create boards/topics/EZ portal locks you can set which users have permission to see them.  Through a lot of trial and error I've set mine up to where only guests can see certain things, new users can only see certain things, veterans can see certain things, etc...

Ok great.  How do I go about ordering one? (Nothing has happened, I just want to be preemptive)

Quick question,

I promoted a business partner as admin to spruce up my forum, but need to make sure that if a mistake happens or an intentional sabotage I can recover everything I've worked hard to build.  Is that possible and if so, how/where do I find those settings?  Thanks

I think this is what I need done.  I purchased the SSL from createaforum but want to park another domain that we got a separate SSL with and would like to use that.

Is there a way to edit to where it doesn't say "spoiler" and can manually type "click here"?

Looking for a "click to reveal/hide"

I feel silly because I think it's simple but can't figure it out.  See pic below on top right for what I'm looking for. (The URL looks ugly and has too many characters so I want a cleaner look)

Very cool.  I'll keep that in mind if I ever need a reset or something.

ah, it's a site counter...3rd party.  That's probably it.  I'll remove and see what happens, thank you.

By the way, do you have all access to everyone's createaforum pages?
