General Support / Domain not setup correctly?

Hi there!
I have a godaddy url of brycesmmorpg.com and it points to my web server.
I would like forums.brycesmmorpg.com to point to my createaforum forums.


I did this and also validated it with going to https://forums.brycesmmorpg.com/domaincheck.txt
and it does show the 1 value which indicates it is setup correct.


However, when I click "Update Forum Url" it just gives me this error message:

Domain name is not setup correctly! Please make sure that you own the domain name and that you have it pointed correctly!.


How can I fix this please?

Okay awesome!
I did that and when I clicked to see if it said "1". It actually said "1" then I click on UPDATE URL, and now the entire forum is broken lmfao :P


How can I fix this please? :(

Hello there!
Instead of changing my Simplicity-Network.com to the forums, I want to have it so it is in the subdomain of "forums"
so it will be forums.Simplicity-Network.com  will goto the forums.
How can I do this?

Yeah that would be amazing!
Just a simple checkbox inside the Download Configuration Settings to something like "Buy once to have for life"
And with each download object hold a simple list of users and if that list contains the user then simply allow them to download it.


Once you build this, will I have it automatically updated? Or how will that work?
Also, can you give a possible estimation before that is built on?

How do I make it so, when a user buys a download (with the credits) then that user will have that download FOREVER, not just for that specific version of that download.
I want it so, if I buy "Test" for 2 credits. That even if "Test" gets updated by the author, that I will still be able to download "Test" for free, since I already purchased it.
How can I do this?

Hey there!
I just purchased Downloads Pro Manager, and it is on my forum however I can't goto "Downloads Configuration" on the admin-side nor can I goto "Downloads" forum page.


My forum: McPlugins.createaforum.com


It gives me and error saying: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

How can we fix this please?
