I have another problem concerning the Elwood City Central. We now have a troll on our site and there is no mod around and hasn't been one since last year. This troll was banned on wikia and has somehow found the Elwood City Central. Is there a solution to this?

We have strong reason to believe he no longer uses his account anymore along with his email account. We've been contacting him since the day after he left on the site and on Wikia. We never recieved a single response. We stopped contacting him after March I think it was. I'm also not sure if he is on another site.

The admin that left was the only one admin the site had.

On this site http://elwoodcitycentral.createaforum.com/index.php , there is no admin around, since the admin for the site abruptly left last year and has not returned. I'm wondering if I could become admin of the site.
