General Support / Re: Folder Between a Board and Multiple Topics?
« on: August 29, 2014, 12:32:38 am »
We do not have a folder feature the nearest feature we have like you said is creating a new board/sub board

OK, no problem. I was just checking. Making a new board is still much better than adding new topics each year for sure.

I'm extremely grateful for what we have, I certainly love the site.

General Support / Folder Between a Board and Multiple Topics?
« on: August 24, 2014, 10:35:22 pm »
I looked in the faq and had no luck, I wanted to know if there is someway to put multiple topics in a single folder?

Example, I have and Archive board, the board is called Memory Lane. When I click on memory lane it shows all
the topics (around 20 of them). I would like to put the 20 topics in a folder called 2013 so my home page can
stay the same instead of having to keep adding another board to it each year. Kinda like getting a folder in the
middle type thing. My forum is called "Heman League Draft"

Thanks for any help....

Haven't seen. Make sure all your boards count posts. You have the option when creating a board to count posts in that board or not.
Yea they are, he only posts at 1 place on the forum anyways. I personally think he's not refreshing the page. Might be backing up
his browser. Should I just let him know he's going crazy???? ;D

I have a member on my forum who claims that the forum is not keeping track of his post count correctly.

Personally, I really have no issues myself, but this member is making quite a fuss!  :D lol

Anybody else ever have this issue? Anything I can do? (he has well over 100 posts, didn't really feel like counting them)  :'(

General Support / Question About Topics
« on: July 04, 2013, 04:20:24 pm »
I have a board with 2 topics and the topic I made first is under the topic I made second, BUT the topic I made first is the one
I want to be on the top. I know about the pin, but in the future I will be putting in more topics and would like each new topic
going on the bottom of the list.
Is there a way to change the topic order in a board?
example:
topic A
topic B
I want to change to:
topic B
topic A
I know I'm probably dumb, but I searched high and low on my forum for this and couldn't find.  ;D  ....thanks

We have about 30, backup files aren't necessary. I was just trying to avoid getting everyone having to change forums and
re-register. Thanks for the info, I will try a new forum I guess.

I tried PMs ......galore, but either he changed his addy, or he set his settings to
not receive emails when PM'd or he died. He no longer logs into the site, and hasn't
posted nothing in almost 2 years. Back in the day when we had a forum on the
Old World Crossing board he was there often so something is definitely up.

Sure wish there was something that could be done.

I go to a site ( http://miamidolphintalk.createaforum.com )

The admin has left without a trace, is there any way you can contact him to ask
if he would turn the forum over to me?

The place is being terrorized by spam accounts and I would like to clean it up.

I'm sure West Tex would not mind if you made me a moderator. Please help. Thanks.
