General Support / Downloads section

I have no idea what it is, I thought it'd be something interesting to add and since it had no background info when I clicked on it in the admin center I figured I'd fiddle with it afterwards or that maybe it just honestly did nothing. Either way I still have no idea what on earth it's purpose is, it seems pointless but I can't get rid of it. Why can't things just be easy with a simple on and off switch? >.<

It's so weird though, I see it on all createaforum websites I've checked out and no other sites, not even other forum sites. It doesn't make much sense to me either.

^^ there's the link if you'd like to double check, I'll look into how adwear could have randomly popped up in the middle of surfing. >.<

General Support / Ads
« on: November 27, 2013, 03:33:08 am »
I pay for unlimited ad free credits and suddenly today my site has ads by bettersurf everywhere! It's rather annoying, there's even some underlined text that pops up with unrelated information everywhere linked to odd words on the site. I don't know if it's a wide spread issue or something cause even the support forum here is riddled with ads on my screen. This include ad banners on top, bottom and in the middle of pages, as well as those weird underlined words and pop ups when clicking a normal link on the site.

I've tried this but it keeps saying error over on their site, so I've requested assistance over there wondering what to do.

Ok that's how you do it for godaddy but I had to go with someone else because I don't have a credit card. I had to go with active-domain.com

Bugs / Problems Logging into the chat
« on: June 08, 2012, 03:59:42 am »
I have the AJAX chat turned on for my forum but the members are having issues logging in, it won't allow them to. I've searched all over the admin panel and found nothing that restricts the chat, is there something I'm missing?

I found a place that does but I'm just now having issues on how to transfer the domain over to my website, they don't seem to have good step by step instructions.

it gave me two HTML codes, both I've tried and both have failed but I'll list them below.

Code: [Select]
<div id="fb-root"></div>
<script>(function(d, s, id) {
  var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];
  if (d.getElementById(id)) return;
  js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id;
  js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/en_GB/all.js#xfbml=1";
  fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);
}(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk'));</script>

Code: [Select]
<div class="fb-like" data-href="http://www.facebook.com/pages/Yaoi-Paradise/226982494050705" data-send="false" data-layout="button_count" data-width="450" data-show-faces="false" data-colorscheme="dark"></div>

General Support / Domain Name
« on: June 05, 2012, 06:33:14 am »
So I've tried to purchase the domain name, but it won't allow me to pay off of Go Daddy without a credit card even if I select paypal. Is there any other way to get the domain name without having to set up credit card, something I don't have. And I do realize that it says debit or credit card but since I do have a debit card attached obviously it doesn't accept anything besides credit card. Even under the actual options there's nothing for debit cards.
