is it not possible to add a image tag on the footer? figure i could put any html there

Yah i took the picture while it was loading to show how its displaying other colors while its loading. Which is what the problem is.
I tried it on updated IE8 and firefox

Its probably cause im the last person in this world still using dial up lol.
thats wierd though wonder why it does that then. maybe cause it loads CSS layout first and then the color scheme? im still a noob on how page loads but just thinking. so maybe switch those two things around

I notice when I use a style on style manager that on every page load it shows the defaut style on some areas of the page before the style I pick loads.
I'm guessing this is because the default CSS loads then java script is changing the style?
how can I prevent this from happening where i can change the acctual default CSS. is it just the same area on changing the CSS in lay out settings?

didnt know we could use java script.
I remember seeing a place to change CSS didnt know there was one for java script.
i'll go look again on that.
When i click on permissions next to a board . there is a setting for permission profile. the selection is default, no polls, reply only, read only.
So i click on general permissions which is where i assume i can create profiles? I dont see how you create profiles on this page

Hey guys been trying to figure this out.
How can I create a board with in a board with out it saying child board?
also how do I give the parent board of the child board permissions where only admin can make posts there.
so for example
Board name = something // only admins can make new posts
child board of "something" // anyone can make new posts
child board of "something" // anyone can make new posts
child board of "something" // anyone can make new posts
