Create A Forum - Support Forums

Well, all I know is how to make a section which would contain a link to the chatbox but I want it always been displayed like the one on the link. I am now currently using the shoutbox to display the link but it would be much better if I could have it displayed all the time.

Sorry if this question has already been answered but I was wondering if you could show me how to display my XAT Chatbox like this one: http://www.projectapex.info the XAT Chatbox is at the bottom of the page. But my problem is that I have no idea where I would begin to start off, when I create my Chatbox from XAT I can copy an embedded code but I want it to show like the one in the link. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ALso can you please make it very detailed as to what I have to do because I am very new to this forums stuff. Thanks again.
