It is disabled from certain countries due to abuse reasons. USA is allowed but your ip address must have be located in the united states

It is installed. I get the padlock on my end in firefox/chrome. You might have to wait a few hours to a day but the site is up over https

We have added support for the Manifest icon. Which is used for mobile devices. And adds an option on android phones to add your forum to the home screen.This feature allows you to upload your custom icon which has to be a png file with exactly 192 pixels wide and 192 pixels tall.
In addition also includes support for tapatalk if your site has enabled.

You can set this setting under Admin -> Layout Settings -> Theme Settings

Yes that can be done with our ezPortal system. You can blocks that appear on certain areas in the forum based on certain conditions. And you can include html/javascript code in them.

Currently there isn't an option to hide post count I believe.
You can disable counting posts on all boards though.
