I want my forum in top of the google searches and I go to pay for that for a limited time and I don't know if I can do this.


A person who knows a lot of this world of the computers sayed to me that I need to ask autorization to do this.

How can I put t the format of hours in 24 hours, it is in format "am" or "pm" and I dont't like.


For example, I want 18:45 and it is showing 6:45pm.

My forum only put links of the images and yes, I click in "img" button.
