General Support / forum changed all by it self -2nd time this has happened

Our forum changed all by itself , again--it did it while i was posting a news article-it happened before my eyes --this is not the 1st time -can you fix it back to normal, please

can anyone give me a SIMPLE step by step ,on how to add the scm music player on my website -i tried adding it to the header --the whole website disappears --then the scm music player help says if that doesnt work -do this     Offline CreateAForum

Or you can use admin -> style manager -> Header/Footers

i cant see to find that option either --THANK YOU FOR CONSIDERING TO HELP --I NEED REALLY SIMPLE

I was trying to download the mp3 player (see below ) added this script to header and footer and lost my whole forum --unable to logon to undo --i am a beginner and have no idea how to restore -https://scmplayer.co/
it told me to enter this code into the header -footer  i did but the whole site went blank --called friends and they are unable to log on -i cannot get back to the header -footer ----ps i am such a beginner i dont even know what a header footer is --
