Click Admin, Feature and Options
 then Click Boards, under forum categorry..

The next step is to add/modify a board name. (CLICK MODIFY/ADD)

And next step is to change the board name to :

<span style="color: (CHANGE); font-weight: bold;">(BOARD NAME)</span></a></h2>

The last step is to save it.

im creating a form like this:

and i want what they answer on every form look like this and the title is all [PROCCESING] [NAME] their name what they answer on the first question like this:


and when the press the sumit button. they will direct to the board and topic is already post With [PROCESSING] [(THEIR NAME WHAT THEY ANSWERED)]

and inside the topic is :

Name : (answer)
Type of request: (answer)
Request: (answer)
