General Support / Backup of forum

Hi, we have a forum http://aquarofiliaacores.createaforum.com/ and we would like to know, what is needed to have a backup of the forum.
I have read:
"I can do a database backup of your forum for $50. I have write and create a database export system since it does not exist yet to export the specific tables for your forum.
A database consists of a .sql file which can be used to import into other software that is as far as I will go and will not be able to provide support beyond the data file itself."
"If you have paypal payment to sales@smfforfree.com
I can provide a database backup file within 24 hours as soon as I finish writing/developing the export script."
Is it still the same? Do I get a receipt for the $50?
