Suggestions / Guest Welcome

I have seen many forums in which there welcome was home tab page. But when we click Forum tab a box came up in the center saying you need to register to visit this page.
Can you add somthing like this that when a guest join it shows them a message register first to visit with a register box. I will add a picture to show u what i mean.
Please add option for it.

Hey My Forums tab deleted somehow and my forums shifted to home tab.
Now i don't remember how to edit default tabs. Please help . I want to make forum tab again and then switch it back to old settings.

Suggestions / Recieve Instant shouts without reload

hello guys.
I want to suggest about modification of shoutbox in ezportal. I have got a shoutbox on my forums esa.createaforum.com. But there is a problem with shoutbox that when someone shout i.e. Hi. We can't see their shout unless we refrest or reload the forums. If this shoutbox allows us to have instant chat without reloadin the whole page it will be great. I have seen such shoutbox on other free forums web i.e. Pro boards forum shoutbox is like this.
