General Support / Administrative issue!
« on: August 19, 2013, 07:43:27 pm »
My forum: artp.createaforum.com

So basically the forum went inactive, I was admin there but in the same time I was assistant commander of a police group, but I had given admin to assistant commander membergroup (too lazy to give myself Admin + Assistant Commander). So I came back, and noticed my commander promoted me to "commander" rank, and he moved admin permissions to the "commander" rank! Now he - in short words - has administrator privilieges just like me and I can't ban him or change his rank please help!

So yeah, it's been a while.. I have a request to make, and I'd like to know if it's code-able.

I want a tab called "Reports", where you can SEE others' match reports and FILL a match report.

What you see in the tab "Reports" is in this order:

1 - A list of match reports.
2 - Fill a match report.

The way match reports are filled:

Name: [     EMPTY BOX             ]
Team: [ EMPTY BOX ]
Opponent: [ EMPTY BOX ]
Team: [ EMPTY BOX ]
Match type (League, cup...): [ EMPTY BOX ]
Result: [ EMPTY BOX ]
Winner: [ EMPTY BOX ]
Scorers:
 * Your team: [ EMPTY BOX ]
 * Opponent's team: [ EMPTY BOX ]
Cards (players are seperated with a ;)
 * Your team: [ EMPTY BOX ]
 * Opponent's team: [ EMPTY BOX ]
Injuries (players are seperated with a ;): [ EMPTY BOX ]
Report filler: [ EMPTY BOX ]

P.S: Each report is automatically titled in this form: Team A (your team) vs. Team B (Opponent's team)

Is this possible? If yes, who can make it for me? Thanks in advance mates!

« on: November 19, 2012, 03:51:01 pm »
How can I add a 'User currently viewing: ...." for all my forum users?

e.g: I'm reading topic "Forum rules", in my user profile, it will say: User currently viewing: Forum Rules.

Is there any way in Createaforum?

thanks in advance.

General Support / Is it possible in CreateAForum?
« on: November 11, 2012, 07:19:07 pm »
I've seen administrators/moderators using [mod][/mod] or [admin][/admin] to type a message in a box titled 'Admin Message' or 'Moderator Message'

Is it possible in CAF?

Alright, I want to know if this is possible.

To save suspensions/promotions etc I need a custom tab that leads into a database in which those information are saved, and only a certain rank can add information to that database. (Normal users can see the records, but they cannot add anything except the admin eg)

Example: Custom tab name is "Records"

This is what you see as NORMAL USER:

Date | Employee name | Rank | New Rank | Reason
----------------------------------------------------------------
DD/MM/YY | XXXXX XXXXX | XXXXXXXX | XXXXXXX | YYYYYYYY

This is what you see as the HOLDER OF A SPECIFIC RANK BELONGING TO THE COMMAND STAFF [Commander; Deputy Commissioner; Commissioner]

Date | Employee name | Rank | New Rank | Reason
----------------------------------------------------------------
DD/MM/YY | XXXXX XXXXX | XXXXXXXX | XXXXXXX | YYYYYYYY

Add information to record:
Date:
Employee name:
Rank:
New Rank:
Reason:

I'm not sure if this is possible, but i wondered if you could help me, thank you.

Should I download jQuery? If so, how? I don't understand how can I implant it in my forums.

Thanks for your patience,

General Support / How to send PM to all users?
« on: November 07, 2012, 04:10:46 pm »
Greetings,

I am the webmaster of artpolice.tk, and I require assistance with a matter that brainstormed me constantly these last few days.

In alot of forums, webmasters or administrators generally are able to PM all users of the forum with a single message, and as I need to do that to inform the dear users concerning a terrible situation, I desperately seek for help.

Regards,
Hear From You Soon
Lionel
