General Support / Registering?

Hi. I have tried to register myself as a new member, I have cleared my cache' everything is in order, all setting correct in the ACP for immediate registration, but, after 10 attempts, all I am getting is AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED? Please help? Terry.

Hi. I have searched the boards but I have not been able to find what I am looking for. No doubt there is information there somewhere which I have clearly missed. Anyway, my question is, unfortunately, being a novice, I do not understand the amount of options for "tokens" "credit" add free options etc; Could you possibly tell me in easy terms what I must do/purchase to make my forum more personal and to have the "Free forum" info removed from the bottom of the page please? General Support / Newbie?

Hi. Underneath all of the members names, including Administrator, it has Newbie.... Can any one tell me how to change this please? Also, in the admin panel, membership groups...... At the bottom there is the newbie group.... Can I delete this.... Does not seem to be an option but save........I would just like to have the guest option in place if possible. Terry.

Hi, Please do not laugh, but I have locked myself out of my forum...support. Tried to log in too many times.... Please don't ask...support How long do I have to wait before attempting to log in again please? It's okay.... back in now.....Must be about a 15 minute wait I think...
