I've been pasting in Yiddish (Hebrew alphabet but a European language) from Google Translate on my board and have had zero issues. If someone can actually read Yiddish, they can tell me if I have issues.

This is a message I hate to write, because I love my board. I was able to skin it to my taste. I can make multiple levels of child boards. The support is pretty good. I hate the censor though, because it is a shared fiction board, and characters curse. That was not much of a problem, however, because I bought 50,000 ad-free impressions for $14.00 on December 19. There is only one small problem. The ads have not gone away, and the censor is still on duty. Unless my board is overrun by spiders, I still haven't gotten what I paid for. My board is https://kyis.createaforum.com  and attached please find proof of payment. I am sure this is just an oversight. Please correct it.

The standard board images are working out so go figure.

I am trying to switch to/add custom icons for my boards. I tried changing the standard icon to the file https://tacheiru.us/souk/juststandard.gif and nothing happened. The image in the icon list did not change and the image on my board did not change. Is there some trick I don't know? Are there naming conventions I'm not following? Is this option unavailable in the free version?

I'm not sure what forum width in layout controls. If you want more precision, modify your board's style and use ctrl-f (find) to find the following elements.

table_list (This is the table on your main board). It is good to resize this using percentiles instead of .em's because it will squish on narrower browser windows. It will also spread on wider browsers.

boardindex_table (I didn't modify this but you could. Again  percentile widths work better for all different browsers.)

and
Main_content_section (I played with the widths and margins here so I could put a background on my body and keep a solid background where there is text. Again switching to percentile widths is a big plus.)

I've seen this and using

https://yourforumname.createaforum.com/index.php instead of just http://yourforumname.creataforum.com seems to keep it from happening. It's a security issue, and I'm glad we don't have any money involved with our boards.

Is there any way to move posts so the sticky ones or the ones with exclamation points, or the ones I want to see at the top stay there? If not I can live with that. I just couldn't find it.

This really worked. Thank you. The first time I tried skinning my board, it looked like an unholy mess. The second time I took your advice. I still have a ways to go, but I am getting the look I want. I wish there was a guide that explained each element and how to change it, but I'm slowly putting in eye-easy serifed fonts and simplifying the design. I'll have to create the boards soon and then I'll have to write...
