I am trying to give permissions of moving topic to a moderator but I cannot figure a way out,Is there a way possible by which any moderator could move a topic from one board to another board ?

Now as you may see the Homepage does not have any other EZblock like recent posts and etc, I just want the opposite of how this looks.So that all EZblocks are visible on main page but not other forum pages
