General Support / My forum is down
« on: July 04, 2015, 04:23:44 am »
My forum is down it was down for quite a while and came back and then it's down again and I just get little round circles spinning around. I also tried to go to for motion.com and I wasn't able to access it. Not sure if I'm in the right Forum or board to report to the forum being down.

When these situations occur, I'll screenshoot them for you to see.

I attached the icon (on far right) where when clicked it takes you to the last reply posted. The Avatar's on home page for each board also disappear. This is an ongoing issue.

My Mod stated all his smiley's (section shown in attachment) in the "post reply" section disappear and that happened to me yesterday. The issues are occurring more often than before.

This issue's increasing on a daily basis and now it's happening to others, including Mods. Smiley's disappear or look like a blank page. The icon on far right to go directly to the last post in a topic also disappearing. In order to correct the issue, I must close the browser tab and re-open it. It's getting very frustrating. I run the troubleshooter in "Maintenance" and problem continues.

I'd like to be able to add html files and additional smileys. Not sure what package I can purchase or how to add those options to my my forum.

General Support / Issues with posting photos
« on: February 10, 2015, 02:47:46 pm »
As the Admin, I don't have any issues with posting photos, but one of my Global Mods keeps getting "Folder is full" error message. Tried to open new acct for him, and it was fine, but the same issue popped up.

Any ideas why?

Create a Forum Codes and Support / Re: Html code not working

This is what I use then enter the embed code between brackets. In the old forum, I'd also, if there was no wording included in the post I'd add a "." at the end or else it wouldn't show. It's was like that for years.

Included is how I setup the code brackets

Thanks.

There's a code I used which worked fine in old forum. If I show it here it won't show as codes don't show when posting, only the video that's included in the html code.

I click on "code" icon, then replace "code" with "html". It's not working.

General Support / Social media buttons/icons not showing in every post

I can't find the option to allow the Twitter/FB button on bottom of post to send post on every post and not just on the top post.

With my old 1.20 forum I had, I was able to use html code. With the new version I have it just shows an empty block. This is an example of what I'm trying to post:

<iframe src="http://english.share.rferl.org/flashembed.aspx?t=vid&amp;id=26771604&amp;w=640&amp;h=363&amp;skin=embeded" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" width="640" height="363"></iframe>

How do I get the social media icon buttons on bottom posts to show in every post instead of just the top post? I've tried many many times to find the option and I can't find it. I know it's there because I saw it when I first created the forum a few days ago.

Thank you for your time.
