I see that the automated notifications that come in with hyperlinks are not working correctly with some characters.

Zoho said it all looks good from their side.

I have removed the current senders from the trusted list to see if it comes in by default.

We also see the same IP address in our logs. However, we can still confirm that a Full-circle reverse DNS (FCrDNS) has NOT been configured for the sending IP address. You can check the same in the below third-party link.

This is what Zoho support said. I have added noreply@ftla.uk and noreply@CreateAForum.com according to the help page - https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/anti-spam.html#trust-reject. I will test it out now.



Any guidance about the FCrDNS implementation?

Hello,

I am a member of FTLA.UK and stopped getting notifications when I switched my email from gmail.com to zohomail.eu

Even when I wanted to create a ticket here, registration mail didn't come in for zoho, so I had to create another one with gmail.

Zoho support has confirmed they have not seen any mails coming in from noreply@ftla.uk

An advice what is going on?
