General Support / CAF blocked in Singapore IP?

Hi Admin,
Refer to the attached screenshot, I tried accessing createaforum.com in Singapore, but it returns an error with a Block Reason: "GEO-IP Filter Alert", Connection Initiated from Country: Singapore.
I want to access a forum: thaiamuletforum.createaforum.com and it also does not load up successfully.
Could you kindly help to check what might have happened?
