Thank you. Yes, I realise that but doing that only stops the payment. It won't cancel the forum subscription which is what I really need to do. Can't see any way to do it myself without coming here to ask support.

Hi folks
I stupidly hit the wrong section when trying to pay for ad free today.
I've hit the monthly subscription for $5 a month instead of the $7 one-off payment. Is there an easy way to change this over or cancel the monthly one so I can do the one-off.
We may well upgrade to monthly subscription yet but as a new forum we wanted to test out how long the one-off fee would last first.
