Yup, we have been getting this error since yesterday too. I have escalated to the Support Team, awaiting for their revert. I suspect their SSL cipher suites were not negotiated successfully for use on browser, and they somehow had Singapore's IP addresses being on their Geo-IP block too.

General Support / SSL redirects issue causing website issue

Hi @Support team, I am unable to access the site for my forum: www.thaiamuletforum.com as it indicated that there are too many SSL redirects. I believe this is due to the SSL ciphers of the forum not be able used/negotiate properly for the browsers. Can you please help to disable SSL from the configuration of my forum, so that I can do some fix?

Hi Support Admin, please assist to provide the steps to replicate the current layout of the site: www.createaforum.com, as my forum site (www.thaiamuletforum.com) is not displaying the boards and avatars. I like the current style from the support site, please assist to provide the steps replicate only the layout but I would need the theme to remain if it’s possible, so that the boards messages can be seen/ viewable. Thanks.

Hi Support Admin, please assist to disable the option for "use ssl in forum" for thaiamuletforum.com.

I am trying to setup the ssl, but the other CA is not ready, I am getting too many re-directs hence not able to access the site to make the change. Please assist with the above request, thanks.
