Is your forum setup on tapatalk?

Otherwise  what error are they getting.

nope it's not set up for tapatalk and I'm not great on mobiles. I have a moderator that is pretty good and got her to do some pics.

does this announcement to all members group only work on new threads? as I have been compiling one for days showing features on the forum and sent last night and no one got it 


having said that we are in a mercury retrograde period til 28 th March and even FB has suffered massive problems over past few days

are there any guidelines I could give out to help with registration like, how many letters or numbers a user name should, same with password??


I have another person trying to join and he says, "i tried but its not letting me it say the user name is not good"

think lot of problem is here lots are using mobiles, so I could do with a screen shot of where the registration page is as one member just sent me the log in screen shot and said it won't accept her password. Well it won't if she hasn't registered duh

I have spent so much time having to manually add new members it's getting ridiculous.
