If I am super extremely excellent in many different coding languages
and put enough time and effort into coding with
Notepad++ can I make a program (completely free to use with no registration needed at all)
that is similar to
Game Maker Studio 2
that has ability to export to more than zero of the following 19
Flash
HTML 5
Windows 7
Windows 8
Windows 9
Windows 10
Windows Vista
Smartphone
Android
Macintosh computer
PlayStation
PlayStation 2
PlayStation 4

#1: Can I have the ability to have people upload own flash games to be playable?


#2: ^ If yes how?


#3: ^ If yes also who can be set to have the ability to upload own flash games?


#4: How much data per file is uploadable maximum?


#5: How much data altogether is uploadable with absolutely (unrestrictedly) all files on the message board?


#6: Can people discuss how to get legal ROMs (Read Only Memories), legal ROM (Read Only Memory), and other legal software as long as safe?


#7: Is linking to legal ROM websites permitted?


#8: Is linking to legal emulator websites permitted?


#9: Is it possible to have a guest upload/play/both a flash game?


#10: Is it possible to have an HTML5 game playable on this message board?


#11: Will the administrator be ever truly able to make up to an unlimited amount of data per file uploadable (I Jason suggest yes please)?
