Can custom smileys be added?
Can  google recommend and stumbleupon buttons also be added?
What are the instructions to post gifs and a news article with a photo?

Do you have a reputation system that can be added in the profile fields?
Can the forum profile avatars be  resized (bigger)

1. Custom smilies requires an upgrade
2. Maybe a feature request as an addon
3. Check the help tab on using linked images and bbc code

4. Yes we call it Karma but you can rename it.
5. Yes under attachments and avatars you can adjust settings
