Hello, I just found these forums ...

I did a quick: http://asdad.createaforum.com/index.php
But you can change the title that comes out when opened and the name of the URL?
Or make another ?

I can have my forum free forever?
I chose the first option, the standard.

You are allowed to make as many forums as you want and yes they can stay on ad supported plan forever

Since you've already created your forum, you have two options:
1) Create an entirely new forum
2) Get a domain name. The only guide available around here is how to get a .TK domain name: http://support.createaforum.com/7/((guide))-free-tk-domain-w-nameservers-(with-pictures)/
