Title: Added Customize CSS feature

Just finished adding the style manager for Create A Forum with the Customize CSS option.
You now have the option to create styles and change the CSS of your forum to give your forum a new look.

You can find this feature under the Admin area of your forum under Style Manager.
Then under Styles or Create Style
