i think i made a booboo some where i need urgent help here the css and header has gone down to the bottom of the page thats the code in wording how do i get rid of it and point me in the right direction in making it caramel style

Looks like you stuck it in your footer ;)    Go to Style Manager in Admin and delete it from your Footer.

yer i got that so how do i do the caramel one ???

Are you asking how to install the Caramel style?      You need to create a new style in style manager and replace the css on the page with the css for caramel then save the page.   

But...  the Caramel style has not been updated to work properly with the current version of the forum software so I wouldnt recommend using it.    I do not know when or if I will have the time or be able to update it.
