Title: How to add a member to a membergroup ?

So yeah basically the subject asks it :
How do I add a specific member to a specific membergroup ?
I don't want it to be dependent of the post count, but I want to assign membergroups by myself. But I just can't find how to add a member to a membergroup.

User Profile>Account Settings>Primary Membergroup.

Select the group that you want that used to be in using the drop-down box.
