Title: How Do I know if Chat is Included in My Monthly Subscription

I can I tell if chat box is included with my monthly subscription. I'm able to go into chat but my members are telling me.  It's telling them.  They need to register?  Is there something I need to do?

If you are on the ultimate plan it is included.
Or you can buy the chat for a one time fee


They should be able to login. Or if logged in already go right to the new chat

Not sure of my plan.  Where do I find this information?  My members are saying it's telling them to register?  Why woud tell them this?  I'm sure.  I use a credit Card to pay monthly

If the chat button is visible you have it. Otherwise wouldn't be active.

Make sure each users membergroups has the "Access to chat" permissions setup.
