Title: Not Receiving Registration Email

Hello,
A new member has registered. The name is in the pending list but I was also expecting to see an email requesting confirmation. This has worked in the past. Attached is a screenshot of my setup. What am I missing?

What is your email isp? And or if you can pm me your email address with the board url. I scan logs.
