Title: Mobile theme appears to be broken for my users

This was the report:

Now the ability to quote others with a reply is gone as is the go to full site button on the bottom of the page.

I was able to find the "go to full site" button, but was similarly unable to use the quote function when I tested the Mobile them on my phone using Safari.

Separately, was going to try looking for this today, but mobile users report that the Ignore function is not working if they are using the mobile theme on their devices. Works fine if they're on laptop/desktop/full site. Does not work if they're on devices using mobile theme.

Try now made a fix. Hard refresh required.

Just to say, users report it is working correctly now and am passing along their thanks as well.
