Hello - I have a member who is unable to load an avatar. Her profile options show this:

When I view her profile, all 4 options are available.

She's using Opera and Chrome alternately.

Check their membergroup permissions. Admins have more options

She's not in a restricted group. All other members are able to post avatars.

Is her primary group the same as other members?

Yes, she is.

She's just listed as a regular member - no other group. She's the only member having this issue.
