Title: Full page popups suddenly on page refreshes or sign in's????
Post by: Beowolff29 on February 22, 2021, 01:02:34 pm
Why am I and other members 'suddenly' being bothered by this full page 'pop up' when we sometimes refresh a page on our Createaforum site?

Is this something new?  We never had pop ups before, especially FULL PAGE pop ups which block the entire background!  Everyone including myself finds this extremely irritating.  No one seems to mind the regular ads and I always encourage everyone to click on them to help Createaforum whenever possible, but that BIG full page pop up just makes everybody mad.

Is there a way to turn it off?

Thank you,

Beo

This is the address showing in my browser (when the popup appears)

This is my site's link:

Are you on mobile? I browsed a bunch of times on desktop not seeing the popup

If you get a full page ad. Send me the full ad url if you can and I can see if I can block it,

I think I stopped it. Looks like google just decided to automatically test that.

I have not seen it in a little while so I hope you're right.  Fingers crossed.  Good job, sir!
