Title: Disabling avatars

Is there a way to turn off the option to pick from the pre-installed avatars? Is there a way to change it so they have to upload their own?

Admin -> Forum -> Attachments and Avatars -> Avatar Settings

Deselect all membergroups under Server Stored Avatars
