Title: Adding pictures to topic posts.

As Admin I can insert a Picture into a topic and I can see it when posted, however members cannot see it, and they cannot see the "Attach" at the bottom of the page to enable them to insert a picture themselves.
I am quite new to this. I have searched the forum menu numerous times opening many headings but for the life of me I cannot fathom out how to get members to see the picture I posted or get the "Attach" to show up for them to be able to do it.
 I am aware that as an Admin I have all permissions, but can't work out how to set up permissions for members to do this task.
 I would really appreciate help in sorting this, and could you please be as explicit as possible....Thank You.

Under Admin -> Permissions
Modify membergroup

Then under "View additional board content'
Give the membergroup the "View Attachments" permissions
