Title: Allow Guest to Vote in one board

I have explored permissions and tried to modify settings so that guests can vote on polls in our “Announcements & Events” board.  I can’t seem to make that happen.  Can you take a look and see what I’m doing wrong?  I already have a poll setup on that board.

Aha!  Just figured it out.  I was making it too hard.  Sorry to bother.
