Title: Option for users to change the style

Been looking on look and layout and other locations but can't see an option so each user can change the style they use.

If not a freebie
Would this be possible as part of the bookmarks paid addon for each user or another option

Would take some work to get going.
Such as the following:
List of styles that a user can select.
Tying an image set to that style
