i keep getting this bug Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again. please fix it

when i turn of my browser while logged into my forum and when i turn on my browser again and go to my forum it give's me this erro

Why are you turning on and off your browser?

well if i happend to leave my computer on sleep mode
or i am finished for the night i just close my browser how can i fix that error
