Hello,
I have a single member who is unable to login. We deleted the account and I forced registration for her.
Email and password are correct - she received the confirmation email (we also attempted with no required confirmation).
I've asked her to switch browsers and also refresh (control F5). What else might we need to do?
I don't believe the issue is with the users ability to log in.

What browser or device?

Chrome - I believe she's on a PC. I'm double checking.

And like magic, I wrote to you and now she's successfully logged in.
