Title: Cannot Find Menubar Icons Button

So when I started up my forum, I decided to disable the menubar icons and when I went to update my site and add them back, the buttons were gone. I am using the light theme which I just changed a few colours for. Can somebody tell me if they have had the same problem or is it just me.

Under Admin -> Features And Options -> Layout
Uncheck "Hide Menu Icons"
