Title: Is there an idiots guide anywhere to creating a forum via this website?

I am really struggling with it.
Lots of usernames and passwords but can't post anything.
Really don't understand it at all.
Hope someone can help

When you signup at https://www.createaforum.com/free-forum.php

Your username and password is the one that you created. If your password does not work use the forgot password option and it will be sent to your email address.
