Title: Contact Page Added - Plus other updates

We have done a bunch of updates to Create A Forum for hosted forums:

We have added a Contact page section as a new feature. You can enable this under Admin -> Features and Options -> General
Then check and “Enable Contact Page”. Then a new menu item will appear. By default we use the webmaster email address as the contact address. Otherwise it will use the contact email address that you added.

 
Many updates to the Badge Awards system including improved the display in the profile area.  Added master list of badges, you can now see who has what badges from the master list and the number of members that have been awarded those badges.

 
Also an update to the mobile theme now includes the post ratings feature. Along with if tapatalk is installed will now have the tapatalk banner on by default on the mobile theme to tell users to use the app.

Last, a couple minor fixes for guest posting and favicon support.
