Title: How do you set paid listings for Classifieds?

I'm having a little big of difficulty knowing if my listings for my Classifieds section will be paid or free. I need them to be paid. I don't see anywhere in the settings specifically allowing for me to put a price per listing. Can someone please guide me on this set up?

When you edit a classifieds category from the main page by clicking the edit link you can set a listing cost or when adding a new category you can set the listing cost.

However, I can't seem to find where to add the categories to my classifieds section. Can you please direct me to that area?

When you click on the classifieds link in the menu on the bottom of the classified page there is a classifieds admin panel which allows you to add clasisifieds categories
