Title: Admin Approval Required for Viewing Forum

Hi!


How do I make my new forum available to view/post/etc. by only the 39 people I invite?


I do not want my boss seeing what we are saying until we have our thoughts together.

You can either give each board permission only to registered remembers.
on registration you have the option to approve all new members who signup as well.
We also have a paid private forum upgrade as well.

Second question:


Can a person (say, my boss) register without my knowledge and see everything?
In other words, can I prevent her registering in the first place? So she can't be on the forum in any way?

Yes you can do admin -> Registration -> Settings
Require admin approval
