I want to use a new email addy for the Webmaster Email Address. Will this be the email used for new members signing up and for the support forums here to send their info?

The webmaster email address is the email address that sends all Topic notifications, Personal message notifications, newsletters, new member notifications, etc. You can change it via Admin > Forum Settings.
It is not tied to the Support Forum. You would have to change your email address here at the Support Forums via your Profile.
