How to enable chat box on forum someone help me?

We have either a shoutbox built into ezportal which you can add as a block to the sidebars of your forum or top.

Or we have a chat upgrade that you can purchase.

I pay for the chat box feature, yet I have members that cannot access it. They say when they attempt to launch it, it simply throws them back to the forum screen.

Make sure they have the "Access to chat" for their membergroup
Under Admin -> Permissions then modify the membergroup.
