Title: A question before creation.
Post by: Heart on October 02, 2017, 09:44:56 pm
Hello everyone,

So, I've run forums in the past-- a rather niche section of them all in the area of literate roleplay for a hobby on the side. Have some friends that have started broaching the topic of starting up again, but I would like to allow access to adult content on the forum itself.

That's not to say that it's going to be a primary drive to the board, but I hate limiting creative freedom in my own, and others writing. Occasionally dark subject matter, and adult themes do come into play, and I'd like to give people the freedom to write such as they wish in order to play out their stories. Now, that said, I did a bit of research on the subject and it seems as though it would require that I spend money on the board in order to allow such.

So, my question becomes-- what tier of the premium board would be required? Fifteen dollar's, in order to have the unlimited views without adds? Or would it require the outright total of twenty dollar's a month? I don't mind spending money for these things, but I want to know, with a hundred percent certainty, I will be breaking no regulations, rules, or wasting money starting up the forum and allowing adult content after making the purchase.

I would hate to put in all the time to code, design, and write out everything for the board-- only to have it taken down shortly thereafter due to some single rule that I wasn't aware of involving the adult content on the board itself.

Appreciate the assistance, when the question is gotten too. Thanks ahead of time.

Yes just an unlimited ad free plan would work. Since as long as you have ad free credits. Then the automated word censors do not kick in.

I appreciate the rapid response!

Thank you for the clarification, I'll have the board set up shortly in that case and begin work on the process itself.

Just so that I'm aware how-- should this not work out due to whatever reason, is there a way to cancel my payment in question?
