Title: Help with header

I wanted to put this
http://echobazaar.wdfiles.com/local--files/art/spite.jpg
As a header but it just appears as a little square, I tried with another random image and it worked!  Do I need to edit it in any way?

Hmm it should work maybe change the filename.
