Title: I'm Not a Robot feature problem

I'm aware that when someone is initially joining a board, the Robot feature is necessary, but I'm getting complaints from couple of my members that every time they send a Private Msg, they are having to do the Robot feature.  Which can be a pain in the .....!!!  I myself never see the Robot feature when I send a PM to my members, but then I'm the Admin and I don't know if that would make a difference.

So how can that be fixed?  I do not want to eliminate the Robot feature when people are joining the board, but once they are members, why are they seeing it when sending PMs?  Help!!

Admin ->  Security and Moderation -> Anti Spam

"Post count under which users must pass verification when sending personal messages"

Thank you so much for the help.  I have informed my members that I have turned off the Anti Spam, but if bots become a problem, I will have no problem turning it back on.
